Index System Overview
The Solana Index Fund protocol features a hierarchical index system with multiple tokens representing different segments of the Solana ecosystem. The main Index token is an aggregate value-accruing token that represents the combined value of all sub-indexes.
Index Tokens
The Solana Index Fund protocol features five main tokens, each serving a specific purpose within the ecosystem:

Staked Tokens
For each index token, there is a corresponding staked version (prefixed with "st_") that users receive when staking their index tokens:

Index Relationships
The Solana Index Fund protocol features a hierarchical relationship between the main INDEX token and its sub-indexes. The value of the INDEX token is derived from the combined value of all sub-indexes.
The value flow in the Solana Index Fund ecosystem follows this pattern:
- Sub-indexes (SINDEX, MINDEX, DINDEX, NINDEX) track their respective token baskets
- The main INDEX token derives its value from all sub-indexes
- Treasury operations generate profits from market activities
- 50% of profits are used for INDEX token liquidity
- The remaining 50% is distributed equally to burn various sub-index tokens
- Burning reduces supply and potentially increases token value
